Presentation by Artist Janice Jacquet
Janice has lived here permanently since 1985, raising a family and working as an entrepreneur; art took a backseat for many years until 2008, when she had the urge to take a leap of faith and just do it.
She describes her painting style as a form of expressive abstraction that prioritizes artistic freedom and emotion through the use of colour, texture and form. Suggestive shapes rather than defining specific forms, which leaves room for personal interpretations,
Janice will give us a glimpse into her creative process and how she brings her paintings to life.
After a short introduction we will be listening to the presentation which is usually 20 minutes followed by networking
